Minerets established in Sep, 2006 and operates from the Royal Scientific Society, the largest applied research institution, consultation and technical service provider in Jordan. Minerets gets direct support from the Higher Council for Science and Technology (HCST); the former of science and technology policies, strategies, plans and programs in Jordan, HCST is presided over by His Royal Highness Prince El Hasan Bin Talal.

Minerets also has direct support and relation with senior IT people who have extensive global experience and successful stories around the world.
