MiStore® is designed to automate the processes in today’s busy warehouses and distribution centers. Accurate, real time inventory data and communication provides everyone with the necessary information to make informed decisions. The system is interactive and can control workflow throughout your operation. Goods Receiving/Put-away is a strong feature of MiStore®. Receiving and put-away functions are recorded and validated in the warehouse management system, which means the goods are always put in the correct location in the MiStore® warehouse.

Receiving & Put-away Goods

MiStore® receiving process automates and validates the receipts of goods against a purchase order. When receiving goods, MiStore® ensures that product is accounted for as soon as it has been booked-in; product barcode labels can be produced at goods receiving for items, cartons or pallets. These can then be used to scan subsequent transactions in the warehouse.

MiStore® guides put-away to a location selected by the warehouse manager or to the most efficient location in the warehouse based on space availability, environmental consideration, special lots, and/or product expiry date. The operator will scan the location barcode on the rack or bin where each product is placed. When the put-away process is finished, the information of where each product is located is stored in the system.

Order Picking

When a packing list is received, MiStore® directs the store pickers to the locations from where to take ordered products. MiStore® also provides the store picker the products details and quantity. The store picker scans the barcode of the rack or bin and the barcode of the picked product to confirm the picking process.

MiStore® also directs the store picker to which bin on the preparation area to place each picked product. When the store picker places the product on the bin he scans the barcode of the bin to tell the system that the product has reaches its place in the preparation area.

Loading Goods

After the products have been picked and placed on the preparation area bins they are ready for loading onto trucks or vans. The preparation area supervisor collects each sales order products after confirming them as shipped using the mobile terminal.

Stock Movements

Stock movements within the warehouse are completely automated using MiStore®. Simply scan the product out of its existing location into its new location using the mobile terminals. Stock change is immediately reported in its new location in MiStore®.
